I don't think reopening the PFBHz wounds are worth it. I loved PFBHz, and I think if we'd of played any other corp besides Hellstorm for the first contract we'd have been fine. If we'd been a bit more humble then losing wouldn't have been so heartbreaking and frustrating. Words were said in anger and people were already pretty fed up with dust (Cy) even before I got on the scene, whatever was said when fizzy left was the final straw. In the imps defense they beat PFBHz more than not. In PFBHz defense we didn't have the right team for the job, Hellstorm proved that simply having amazing slayers won't always work. We never got all the right roles (notably never had a sniper defending home point similar to gem cutter. We only played them on one map that they performed well on and yet werent 2 cocky to say afterwards they still would have lost 2x if it was 150 clones each. They never played with just their corp, we had no alliance strength to draw on, not that that was the sole reason they won, if James had played every game I really feel it would have been us. Just watching him go 21/7 on the losing end and saying he felt rusty just amazes me. Why we thought we would role over them without having the best we could we had to offer was beyond me. And every match I played until Thursday was within 3 armor ticks. PFBHz handled teamplayers on the rings map with ease, there was never a moment where we were not in control until the very very end when they had already lost, and I say this as a teamplayer. Hellstorm has a solid corp char, you didn't mention them, but they would beat outer heaven if they scrimmaged, IMO. I thought their omission among the super corps was a mistake. Team players are non factors bro. We just try to compete but we really aren't even decent. |

They were non-factors before being non-factors was cool. Also don't let Xero know you called his corp he's in a bunch of non-factors...He might get a lil but hurt.

there's nothing about Dust 514 that makes it competitive. It's a casual lobby shooter. All of you guys talking about who could beat who and things like "super corps" sound like a bunch of 10 year olds arguing over which pokemon is the most powerful.

Subdreddit has some players, assuming they haven't quit, that would make you cry. Like Lanky spawning in with proficiency 4 swarms in ambush matches lol. And with a flaylocks sidearm you'd be toast bro. Don't hate on test, Baal is one of the best drop ship pilots on dust. |
